A preliminary discussion of meditation introduces conscious breathing, cellular memory, the chakra system and the processes at work in meditation, not the least of which is the re-training of our awareness. Living Breath is the key - the umbilical cord between human awareness and the Universe. Diagrams and meditations provide some navigation points.
